The August Employee of the Month is Allegra. Hooray! Allegra is one of the most unique people I've ever had the privilege of being friends with. She always brings a smile to everyone's face, especially because despite her own hardships on some days, she has never lost the ability to see a bright lining in any cloud. Allegra’s resilience and innate ability to self- redirect whenever she gets distracted by something is amazing to watch and the skills she has gained at EST both socially and otherwise have led to growth inside herself and self pride and happiness. Congrats Allegra, well deserved!
