Our August EST “Employee of the Month” is the astonishing Laurie. She has been a sweet addition to our tea house in many different ways. She is always willing to jump in and assists those on the tea floor when needed. An example of this is when the tea floor is dirty and she jumps in to sweep it up or clean the windows when they have smudges. An example of an interaction I've had with her is listening to the Alexa we have in the shop as she sings along and dances to musical soundtracks. Laurie also prefers to call many of the participants at EST “Love” which is something I find beautiful. Laurie always finds a reason to smile and to make others happy every day that she comes to work. Thank you Laurie for setting a wonderful example for me and all the other coworkers here at EST. We all appreciate your dedication and deep care that you show to everyone you meet. I very much hope to show up like you do!
