Extra Special Teas has started a brand new series of blogs called “Employee of the Month.” I will be keeping you all updated every month as those in the Leadership Group decide on the EST participant or Staff that we think best embodies various criteria for a special surprise each month. Our very first friend, for the month of July is the lovely Patrick. He likes working on the tea floor, interacting with the customers that come into the shop and helping all of us with various jobs in and around Extra Special Teas.
A lovely experience with Patrick that I've had is in the morning whenever he sees any of his work friends he always smiles and says hello. It might seem simple and can certainly be easy enough to miss but it always sticks out for me. Patrick's politeness and sincerity always brings a smile to my face and I'm pretty sure it also helps nervous customers feel better when they come into the teahouse. Thank you Patrick for always being so willing to lend a hand or a special greeting to all the unique people you may meet.
