For the month of February, we are thrilled to recognize the one and only Kara—affectionately known as “Kara-Bear” for her caring, kind, and endlessly thoughtful personality. Who better to honor during the month of love than our sweet Kara-Bear?
Kara is not only a long-standing and exceptional member of our team, she also happens to be one of my dearest friends, which makes writing this especially meaningful. One thing I really admire about Kara is her extensive knowledge of our teas and menu. This expertise makes her an outstanding customer service pro—she has a knack for recommending the perfect tea based on each customer’s preferences and always ensures that everyone who walks through our door has the best possible experience!
Last year, she even had the exciting opportunity to create her very own signature tea, Beary-Mint Lemonade—a sweet, refreshing blend that has quickly become a hit!. One regular even orders it every single time!
Kara has been highly recommended for Employee of the Month many times, yet as a member of our leadership team and part of the voting process, she often steps back so others can take the spotlight. Even more, she’s usually the one writing these monthly blogs, taking the time to highlight others with care, sincerity, and detail. Kara is one of the most beautifully creative writers I know, crafting thoughtful blogs that perfectly reflect the employees we recognize each month. I have to admit, I feel a little pressure trying to fill those shoes—but it’s also such an honor to finally return that love and appreciation to her. Congratulations Bear-well deserved!!
