(According to Chef Caitlin, Josh is really an expert with a knife and he intuitively knows his way around the kitchen.), basketball at the Housie Dome and Josh also knows a great many things about football. He is a very good listener and can understand what he needs to do while on the tea room floor easily, just as long as he is able to read your lips. Josh is very kind as well and willing to help out wherever he is needed. Your hard work is definitely much appreciated my friend, so Josh applause and thank you for all the unique things you do for us.
