The Employee of the Month for this month is Michael Leep. By far the most energetic of all the Michaels, (yes, you heard that right, Michaels, plural, actually, there's 5.:)) Leep definitely lives up to his EST nickname. I have seen challenges and the resilient overcoming of them since Michael was very small. (Although, I could be a little biased, because aside from the two of us working together, I also live next door :)) He has a really good and big heart despite his physical size and fills his days at work up with laughter, music, happiness and gentle care for all of his friends and coworkers here at Extra Special Teas. Even if Michael Leep is given a brand new job at the teahouse, or a new area of learning opportunity, he will give it his all and always brings his very best to work everyday. As a neighbor and a friend I am honored to have Michael Leep in my life and can honestly say that I, as well as everyone else here at the teahouse is so very proud of you and of all the things you have learned to do in your life, both at and away from the teahouse.
