The EST Employee of the Month blog for September is our sun-shiney little friend Sonali. She attends to various duties here at Extra Special Teas such as helping to make our famous Tea Infused Dog Treats, working hard on the tea floor, greeting customers with a bright smile, or aiding some of the other participants here with troubling activities like spelling, reading and math skills. Sonali always guides others with patience, kindness and empathy. She embodies the meaning of “Treat Others The Way You Wish To Be Treated.” I personally have many special interactions with her and can't pick just one, however Sonali has helped me from day one at EST as a brand new participant. Thank you Sonali for your willingness to help and to serve all of us in many extra special ways.
